What we make:

• Setworkshop is a small batch concrete workshop based in Daventry predominately focused on creating products for commercial use including countertops, wall panelling, tables, stair treads, planters, basins and reception desks whilst constantly looking to develop new products and ideas.

 

How we make it:

• We create our products through bespoke moulds, mainly in timber but also use GRP and Silicon rubber.

Who makes it:

• Setworkshop currently comprises of three employees, a highly skilled Manager and two apprentices with the ambition to add two more fulltime makers either skilled or semi-skilled to train.

 

Can you ‘make’ it?!

• We’re looking for enthusiastic and practical makers with ideally 3-5yrs experience.

• Joinery or furniture making experience desirable but not required.

• Knowledge of casting with concrete and or resin products ideal but not required as we’ll offer a full casting training programme as part of the role

• Available for immediate start

• Strong willingness to learn and an ability to pick up new skills quickly

• Fulltime position, salary £22-32k depending on experience
